About Adrianna 

I grew up in Florida, where my fascination with immersive spaces and experiential design took root through the theme parks that surrounded me. Beginning my career in scenic painting, I quickly discovered my passion for themed environments, spatial experience design and the entertainment and attractions industries.

I pursued my education at the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) in New York City, completing a one-year, fast-track AAS degree in Communication Design and graduating with honors in May 2023. Within this program I learned a wide range of skills across four industries: graphic design, packaging design, advertising and marketing, and exhibition design. I then continued my studies with a BFA in Spatial Experience Design, specializing in Themed Environments and Entrepreneurship, with an anticipated graduation in Spring 2025.

 

My academic journey has been distinguished by receiving the 2023-2024 Prada Scholarship and by founding the FIT Chess Club, where I served as president for two years, helping create an inclusive space for creative students to push boundaries and try new things, that is still thriving today.

Beyond my studies, I paint murals and am an active member of the Orlando & NYC chess community. In 2022, I earned 2nd place in the Marshall Chess Club's first-ever Women & Girls Tournament and I continue to inspire and be inspired by women in chess.

Through my work, I hope that my bold & whimsical design style inspires a sense of childlike wonder in those who experience my creations. I believe my purpose in life is to bring people joy.
